Accessibility

The Musée de l'École de Nancy is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Motor accessibility

The museum is located in a house dating from the end of the 19th century, with two floors that are not served by a lift, and with a number of steps. For this reason, the museum is not accessible to pushchairs or people with reduced mobility. The upper part of the garden, on the other hand, is accessible to all during the museum's opening hours.

The Villa has been made more accessible. A lift allows people with reduced mobility to discover the ground floor (maximum width: 72 cm).

Sensory accessibility

Visitor applications, which can be downloaded free of charge onto your telephone or are available at the reception of the museum and the Villa, offer tours in L.S.F. or audio-described.

In addition, adapted tours can be offered to visually impaired visitors.

Museum for all

The Nancy museums' public service offers specific support for visitors who have little access to culture, or who are socially disadvantaged or disabled. Whether tours or workshops, mediation is tailor-made, following discussions with associations or institutions.
